Questions before the first pack

FAQ

KillClock is a decision aid for mobile studios: two release modes, one dollarized pack, and no pretending that assumptions are measurements.

What does $149/mo include?

One seat with Soft launch and Live release in the same workspace. After the trial limits, the pilot unlocks unlimited decision packs, Copy pack text, and Download .txt.

What do I get on trial?

One Soft evaluate and one Live evaluate with your own numbers. Those runs produce the decision pack; further evaluates, Copy pack text, and Download .txt require the pilot seat.

How do I share a pack?

With the pilot active, choose Copy pack text for clipboard text or Download .txt for a plain-text file. Sharing stays in those two formats.

Do I need an MMP integration?

No. Enter Soft KPIs or Live version rows directly. Optional CSV import is available when your numbers are already in a file.

What do D1, D7, CPI, and ROAS mean?

D1 is day-1 retention (% of players back the next day). D7 is day-7 retention. CPI is cost per install ($ to buy one install). Early ROAS is early revenue ÷ ad spend. Soft mode compares each with a bar: higher is better for D1, D7, and ROAS; lower is better for CPI.

Why label numbers Assumed?

Thresholds, burn multipliers, and time horizons are inputs to a decision aid. When dollars depend on one of them, the pack labels them Assumed so a template does not read like a forecast.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The pilot is monthly; cancel anytime with no annual commitment.
